Terms of Service

Refer is in private early access. These are abbreviated terms that cover the pilot period. Full terms of service will be published before general availability.

Acceptance

By accessing Refer during early access you agree to these terms. Refer is currently in private beta; access is by invitation only.

Permitted use

You may use Refer to generate organizational intelligence insights for your own organization. You may not resell, scrape, or use the platform to build a competing product.

Data ownership

Your organization owns its data. Refer processes it on your behalf. You can request full deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No performance management

You agree not to use Refer outputs to make employment decisions (hire, fire, promote, discipline) about individual employees. Refer is an organizational-level tool, not an employee evaluation system.

Limitation of liability

Refer is provided "as is" during early access. We are not liable for decisions made based on our insights. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months (which is $0 during the pilot).

Changes

We will email you before making material changes to these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
